The Origin of Tsaira

It is produced in the vineyards of Metochio Chromitsa, at Monastery of Agios Panteleimonos (Mount Athos), where the monks cultivate the grape with traditional methods and respect for the environment. The unique geology and climate of Mount Athos give the wine a distinct mountainous image, which makes it recognizable and special.
